We pride ourselves on taking pet pampering to the next level, ensuring that your pets are happy, healthy, and looking their best. Our pet spa exclusively uses natural ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment, while our fully educated and experienced pet stylists deliver top-notch care for all dog breeds.

Our stylists are highly knowledgeable and prioritize safety above all else. We offer a comprehensive range of grooming services, including bathing, styling, creative, and à la carte options. Our pet stylists are dedicated to providing a personalized experience that leaves your pets looking and feeling fresh and clean.

To schedule a grooming appointment, please contact us at (423) 498-2700. Currently, online booking is not available.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $35.00 no-show fee to compensate for the reserved time.

For a convenient walk-in nail trim service, we charge only $15.00. We recommend contacting (423) 498-2700 in advance to confirm a groomer's availability. Walk-in nail trims are available from Monday through Saturday.

Please be aware that for any of our services, including grooming, all dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, DAP, and Bordetella. Feel free to reach out to us at (423) 498-2700 for scheduling or vaccination inquiries.

Luxury Bath - Starting at $22

Treat your pets to a rejuvenating spa experience at PetQuest! Our spa bath is designed to cleanse, nourish, and revitalize your pet's skin and coat. Using luxurious, all-natural ingredients, our skilled staff hand-scrub guests to a thick, soothing lather. Our products are enriched with deep botanical moisturizers, ensuring your pets feel refreshed and revitalized.

After the spa bath, guests are treated to a sumptuous towel wrap, allowing for gentle, room-temperature drying with optimal airflow. The luxurious spa bath experience is complemented with additional services, which may include a gentle ear cleaning, nail clipping or grinding (as requested), a fluff dry, gland expression (as requested), and a soothing brush out.

Deluxe Groom - Starting at $40

All the features offered in our Luxury Spa bath package are included as part of our Deluxe Groom service. In addition, the Deluxe Groom incorporates specialized face, feet, and sanitary trimming, making it the perfect choice for those who want their pets to look and feel like superstars.

Elite Styling - Starting at $57

Our Elite Styling package is the ultimate experience, starting with the Luxury Bath and incorporating all of its features. Elevated to the next level, this package offers unlimited styling possibilities for your pets. Whether it's a trim, cut, or style, we tailor the grooming to meet your pet's unique requirements and your personal preferences.

Our experienced staff uses hand-scissoring techniques for maximum precision, ensuring that your pets look and feel their absolute best.

Our Berry Fresh Gel features a powerful blend of natural ingredients that not only freshens breath but also cleans teeth, providing protection against plaque and tartar buildup. The gentle and mildly foamy blueberry facial cleanser is designed to soothe and balance your pet's skin, enriched with the goodness of blueberry, kiwi, oatmeal, white tea, vanilla, and ginger.

For those tender paw pads, our paw balm combines the soothing properties of oatmeal with essential vitamins, promoting the healing and rejuvenation of dry, cracked, or damaged paws.

Coat Revitalizing

Our skilled pet stylists use a combination of specialized tools, shampoos, conditioners, and techniques to gently remove loose, dead fur, revealing the vibrant, lustrous coat beneath.
