Important Policies and Procedures:

Reservation Requirements: Please note that reservations for our hotel, spa, or daycare services cannot be made until an employee has entered the necessary immunization data. In case you do not receive a confirmation via text or email, please contact us to verify your appointment.
Immunization Records: At check-in, PetQuest strictly requires current immunization records, with no exceptions.
Checking Pet Possessions: We kindly request that you thoroughly review your pet's belongings. Any items lost or left behind at check-out are not the responsibility of PetQuest Spa and Hotel.
Veterinary Services: In the event that veterinary services become necessary, we will first attempt to use your local veterinarian. However, if your veterinarian is unavailable, we reserve the right to engage any licensed veterinarian who is accessible. Please be aware that the cost of boarding and veterinary services is the client's responsibility.
Food Replenishment: If your pet's food supply depletes during their stay, we will happily replenish it and feed your pet. Please note that an additional charge will apply.
