When you're on vacation, your pets can enjoy one too at PetQuest! Our suites are available year-round, offering each guest a spacious and private room, separate from other visitors. For added convenience, pets from the same household can share a suite. Plus, for those who successfully pass our temperament test evaluations, daycare is included at no additional cost.

Luxurious Hotel Suites

Our hotel suites are the epitome of luxury, offering privacy and spaciousness for each guest, ensuring they are separated from other visitors. These suites feature soft, comfortable bedding and hygienic dining dishes to make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible. Daily maid and linen services maintain cleanliness and freshness. Regular outside walks are part of our daily routine. With a climate-controlled system, we ensure optimal temperatures in every area. Air purifiers work continuously to help eliminate odors, airborne microorganisms, and floating impurities. Medication and supplement administration is available for an additional fee. Above all, we provide unlimited tender loving care, treating your pets as if they were our own!

Boarding Check-Out Times

For all our boarding pets, check-out times are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Late check-outs will incur a $25.00 late fee per pet, with an additional $10.00 charge per extra night of unauthorized boarding.

To secure all boarding reservations, a deposit of $40.00 isrequired.

This deposit is fully refundable if you decide to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.

In the event of reservation cancellations or no-shows, a one-night cancellation charge per pet will apply.

    We offer discounts for pets sharing the same suite, which can comfortably accommodate up to three guests.

  • Take Home Baths

    We provide take-home baths for dogs, starting at $25, with pricing determined by your dog's weight, coat, and availability in the pet stylist's schedule. It's important to note that the pet stylist reserves the right to decline a take-home bath based on their judgment of the dog's health, behavior, and coat condition.

Keep your furry friend entertained with a peanut butter-filled KONG toy. It provides hours of engagement and mental stimulation for our guests.

Calming treat

At PetQuest, we understand that some guests may experience anxiety during their stay. To help ease their anxiety, we offer Heavenly Hounds Relaxing Snacks. These peanut butter treats are specially formulated to help manage stress, aggression, and overstimulation, making them highly recommended for nervous pets and newcomers.

Our canine guests are invited to indulge in a serene spa day, complete with the option for professional makeovers. Our salon is equipped and prepared to pamper our guests, and we strongly recommend considering a take-home bath as well. Availability may vary based on the groomer's schedule.

Raised Bed

  Add On: $10.00

If you'd like to provide your dog with an elevated bed for a more comfortable sleep, please don't hesitate to ask! Raised beds are available upon request for an additional cost. Please note that a $30.00 fee will apply if the bed is damaged.

Checking In and Out

Checking In

To ensure each suite is thoroughly cleansed and prepared for new arrivals, we kindly request that guests check in starting at 2:00 PM, allowing ample time for our housekeeping team.

For those eager to join our daycare, dogs who have successfully passed a temperament test may arrive earlier than 2:00 PM.

Checking Out

Check-out time is 1:00 P.M. on the final day of your pet's stay, ensuring adequate time for thorough cleaning and preparation of suites for incoming guests. Guests receiving spa treatments or participating in daycare during their stay are exempt from this check-out requirement.

Please be advised that late pick-ups will incur a $25.00 late fee, with an additional charge of $10 for each additional night of unauthorized boarding.

For the security and protection of our guests, pets will only be released to individuals authorized by the pet parent. Picture identification may be requested for security purposes.

At PetQuest, our devoted staff continuously invests in ongoing education and advancement opportunities to provide ethical and compassionate pet care. We go to great lengths to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and nurturing environment for our guests, always prioritizing their health and safety. Prior to admission, current immunizations are required - no exceptions!

While accidents can occur during play, we take immediate action to address any situations. Minor incidents, such as abrasions or fur loss, are infrequent but possible. In these cases, our staff promptly assesses the situation. For mild incidents, our staff evaluates the situation, administers first aid as needed, and advises pet owners to seek care from their primary veterinarian whenever possible. In more severe circumstances, all pets receive immediate transportation to the nearest open veterinary hospital or specialized emergency facility, with pet parents notified promptly after the pet's immediate needs are met.

To further ensure the safety of our guests, PetQuest incorporates pet-safe and pet-specific disinfectants into our routine throughout the day, reducing the risk of infection transmission. It's important to note that we reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet that appears to be ill or injured.

In cases requiring veterinary services, we will first attempt to use the client's local veterinarian. However, if their veterinarian is unavailable, we maintain the right to engage any accessible veterinarian. Your pet's well-being is always our top priority.


The client is responsible for both boarding and veterinarian fees. All fees are due and payable at the time of check-out, with payment accepted in the form of cash, credit card, or personal check (subject to a $25.00 returned check fee).


We provide on-site care for your pets even during holidays. However, please note that we do not accommodate arrivals or departures on specific holidays, including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • Food

    We highly recommend clients provide their pet's own food during their stay at PetQuest to meet their specific nutritional requirements. We will portion your pet's meals as per your instructions for their stay. To prevent contamination, we advise that meals be prepared separately and stored in an airtight container. If necessary, we can provide containers for larger quantities of food. In cases where customers do not bring their own food or run out, PetQuest offers a premium all-natural dry kibble house cuisine at an additional cost. We are also able to accommodate special feeding instructions and raw diets. Guests receive three meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – along with continuous access to fresh water.

  • Medication and Special Needs

    Our well-trained and experienced staff is proficient in delivering both topical and pharmaceutical treatments to clients who require these services. Guests in need of such treatments receive special attention. To ensure the safety of our guests, all prescriptions must be clearly labeled and sealed with the pet's name and type of medication. We also insist on having documented instructions for medication doses and administration schedules from pet parents. There is an additional fee for all medications and supplements.

  • Belongings

    While we offer comprehensive services, we understand that dogs may have their favorite toys, beds, or specific needs. We are more than happy to use and provide your pet's personal belongings during their stay at PetQuest. However, for safety and hygiene reasons, these items can only be kept in the suite with the pet. We kindly request that you ensure your pet's possessions are with you when you check out. Please refrain from bringing your pet's dishes, as they tend to intermingle with ours, given our daily cleaning practices. If you provide beds, please make sure they are machine washable, as oversized beds will be declined.

  • Health and Temperament

    "At PetQuest, the health and safety of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a secure environment, we require all dogs to have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, DAP, and Bordetella. We also accept current titer testing as an alternative. Please be advised that pets without current vaccinations will not be allowed to stay at PetQuest. Additionally, for the safety of all guests, any pet displaying signs of a potentially infectious disease or unprovoked aggressive behavior will not be admitted.

  • Controlled Travel

    For the safety of all pets, ALL guests must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times when entering or departing PetQuest. If needed, we can provide a slip-free lead to assist pet owners with the safe transfer of their pets in and out of the facility.

  • Guest Services

  • Pet Spa

    Indulge your pet with our pet spa, where we exclusively use natural products and state-of-the-art equipment. Our team of properly trained and certified pet stylists offers professional grooming services for dogs of all breeds. From bathing and styling to creative and a la carte grooming options, we provide a wide range of services. Our pet stylists work closely with you and your furry friends to ensure a personalized experience, leaving them looking and feeling fresh and clean.

Vaccination Requirements

At PetQuest, the well-being of our guests is of utmost importance. To ensure the safety and health of all pets, we require current immunizations administered by a licensed veterinarian before admission. Specifically, dogs must be up to date on rabies, DAP, and Bordetella vaccinations. We also accept current titer testing as a valid alternative.

Please be aware that guests who are not current on vaccines or have not received necessary immunizations will regrettably be denied entry to PetQuest. We strictly adhere to this policy with no exceptions.

While it's not mandatory, we strongly recommend that all dogs also receive vaccinations against canine influenza, leptospirosis, and Lyme disease for increased protection.

In the event that immunization records are misplaced or missing, we're more than willing to assist. Pet owners can either call their veterinarians or have them email us at info@petquest.pet to ensure all documentation is in order.

Special Needs and Medical Care

At PetQuest, we understand that some of our guests may have unique needs or medical conditions that require special attention. Rest assured, we are fully committed to caring for and accommodating these special guests during their stay. We kindly request that pet parents inform us of any specific requirements or needs when checking in.


For added services such as daily grooming, bedding enhancements, and other requests, additional fees may apply.

Medications and supplements are available at a rate of $12 per visit, per pet.


Our highly trained and experienced staff is capable of providing both topical and pharmaceutical treatments for clients in need of such services. These special guests receive the utmost care and attention. To ensure their safety and well-being, we ask that all prescriptions are clearly labeled and sealed with the pet's name, along with detailed instructions for medication dosage and administration from the pet parents.



Please note that female dogs in heat are not permitted in daycare or boarding, and we kindly request that you keep your pets at home during their heat cycle for their safety and the comfort of our other guests.
